The Workshop
Unlock Your Vision Board is a 4-hour live class that combines teaching moments, graphic vision boards, and reflection questions that seamlessly guide you along. Whether something is weighing on your mind or you arrive with an open heart and blank slate, you can expect the time to fly as you flow along this unique agenda to ultimately come up with a guiding word that embodies what you've discovered and where you are headed.
The Vibe
Each workshop is limited to five attendees, creating a supportive and safe environment to share and resonate with others.
Make no mistake - while being together generates momentum and connection - you undertake a deeply personal and individual journey. You will work independently and off-camera for half the time, uncovering your own inner wisdom. What and (how much) you share is entirely up to you.

Feeling stuck is part of being a human being. Staying stuck? Not a place you have to dwell when you have the right tools.
I’ve been stuck, sad, and bored and I know what it’s like to slowly and carefully find my way through the smog to newer, fresher experiences.
This workshop was created to share a proven process that helps you walk away in a different state of mind than when you walked in - more clear about what you want, more open to possibility, and more energized to take the next step.
